Over the past years, I have been working on the development, promotion, and renewal of Classical Studies in Lithuania, which has led me to become the Head of the Department of Classical Philology as well as the Chair of its programme committee. In addition, I was recently elected to chair the Research Board of the Faculty of Philology in order to coordinate the Faculty's research activities and shapes their direction.
